Basic principles
Print the product with ink through a screen template; Outline the pattern with embroidery thread, and then embroider it with an embroidery machine.
Transfer the hot stamping paper onto the product under high temperature and pressure.

Suede foam

Velvet foam is a special printing material that expands at high temperatures, with a soft and fluffy effect similar to imitation fur. On the basis of foam printing, the printing has a fur like effect, with a soft touch that makes environmentalists who love fur unable to put it down. The main method is to use the slurry to form bubbles when heated, making the surface uneven and visually giving it a suede effect.

Silk screen flocking

First, silk screen the pattern, then attach a whole piece of colored fluff to the pattern, and after high-temperature hot pressing, tear it off. It is suitable for patterns with many details and irregularities. Strong sense of three dimensionality and realistic patterns.

3D thick plate

Thick plate printing uses water-based thick plates, combined with high mesh and high tension silk screen printing. Through repeated printing, the printing thickness is increased, with sharp edges and a more three-dimensional feel than traditional rounded thick plates.

Night light

Supported colors: green, sky blue, made of precious rare earth materials to create high mesh luminous powder, and mixed with highly transparent printing ink. The principle of its luminescence is to store light energy in a light environment and release it in the form of short waves in the dark, forming a self luminous effect.

Reflection

Color support: All colors, among which gray has the best effect, using ND≥ 2.2 3M Company produces reflective powder. Produced from glass microsphere powder, when light is irradiated, it is focused on a special reflective layer at the focal point of the microsphere due to high refraction. The reflective layer reflects the light through the transparent microsphere and re reflects it near the light source, thus producing very bright reflected light.

Fluorescence

Supported colors: yellow, green, purple, orange, rose red, pink, using the world's top pigment Japanese DIC. In environments such as neon lights, laser spotlights, nightclubs, etc., it can refract bright and dazzling fluorescent colors. Brushed hot silver

Silk screen hot stamping/silver hot stamping

Using a golden ratio formula, after grinding and high-density screening, it presents a gold/silver print with a metallic texture. Compared with traditional electroplating hot stamping/silver, the luster and beauty of printing are more durable, the washing is more firm, and the texture is superior.

Pasting embroidery
